After you submit an inquiry on the contact page, I will be sending your investment guide and an overview of the process. If you are content with what you see, we will set up a phone or in-home consultation so I can learn about you and the project. This is when we both determine if we are a good fit for each other. We will discuss the needs of the project, your budget, my processes, my fees, any questions or concerns you would like to ask. After this meeting and everyone is happy, a proposal is submitted and a contract.

After the contract is signed you are officially in the books! A thorough site evaluation, measurements, and review of blueprints will be done at this time. As well as a client questionnaire where I can review your aesthetic and design taste. I may put together a concept board to make sure I am on the right track. Not all projects require a concept design. I will work with you to get to a final presentation that will be agreed upon. This may take a few meetings to make sure we are sticking to your desired style and lifestyle you envision for your home. 

After the design has been agreed upon, I roll up my sleeves and get to work making sure everything comes together smoothly. I place orders for everything that was approved in the final design and begin the logistic tracking. This is the "waiting period" for the clients as I take care of everything for you. Occasionally, it can be trying at times especially with the current state of backorders and manufacturing delays. However, this is also the time when everything comes together and gets exciting as the project starts to become reality. I'll be working behind the scenes to make sure everything is taken care of. I will also be working diligently with contractors and architects to answer any questions.

Once your project has finished the construction phase and all of your furnishings have been delivered to the holding warehouse, I will oversee a white glove installation of your things. At this time or at a separate time, I along with professional installers, will come and add all the meaningful final touches that make your home unique to you.
